Jennifer is a seasoned healthcare executive with 25+ years of experience, built her reputation in the industry as a transformational leader, achieving measurable gains in performance across a wide range of companies from medical devices to MedTech startups. She has led successful commercial operations from tech startups to Fortune 500 global corporations. Most recently, Jennifer served as CEO at MDsyncNET, a cloud-based SaaS solution that offers healthcare systems, hospitals and physician groups an on-call scheduling platform.

In early 2015, Jennifer served as Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Central Logic, a private equity backed healthcare technology company, based in Salt Lake City, UT. She successfully closed an $8M Series C-round of growth capital, led the company through a product development transformation initiative, significantly grew annual revenues while leading the company to win numerous industry and product recognition awards.
In 2010, she founded Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc., and started the IWL non-profit 501(c)3 foundation. Her passion for mentoring and advancing women in the workplace has afforded the organization to be recognized today as a global resource to individuals and corporations.
Before joining Central Logic, Jennifer was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales at MedAssets (Vizient) and held numerous leadership roles with companies like; Boston Scientific, Heartport, (Johnson & Johnson), Guidant Corporation (Abbott Vascular), EKOS, Spectranetics (Philips,) HeartFlow and Proximo Medical.
Jennifer is a graduate from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Science, Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology.
